Language Quality Review

Language quality review or Language quality assurance (LQA) is an independent process performed by native professional individuals. We objectively audit the translated content to identify the language problems based on the language criteria (LISA QA Model) such as inconsistency, spelling/punctuation, grammar, meaning, compliance, terminology, readability, style, and so on. The feedback will be then provided to the translators for checking and implementation.

This objective and independent process assures clients’ products or content are errors free before launching or publication.

Global companies, who do not have internal language specialists, tend to rely on external reviewers or subject matter experts (SME) to help them monitor the language quality across the products.

Dr.Localize has a division dedicated to managing this service to help global clients control and assure the quality successfully.
