Currently, we are looking for the following position(s):

I – Position: Full-time Linguist (EN – VI/VI – EN)

II – Job Description:

  • Use professional CAT tools to perform localization work for documents, websites, softwares, manuals, etc. from English into Vietnamese and vice versa, adapt the text to meet local requirements
  • Perform various linguistic tasks to ensure the best localization products: translating, editing, proofreading, and reviewing the translation
  • Communicate/Discuss with other linguists to achieve the best work
  • Support management of the linguistic feedback loop
  • Other linguistic tasks as required


III – Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Foreign Languages, Translation or a related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in localization/translation, preferably in Life Science and Marketing fields
  • Having a passion for translation career
  • Superb command of Vietnamese and Expert command of English
  • Required skills:
    • Proficient with terminology management and research skills
    • Good skills in Internet, Web, Microsoft Office and Email
    • Proven ability to work in a team and as individual effectively
    • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
    • Careful and hard-working, responsible for work, having a mindset for self-improvement
    • Good knowledge of workflow and/or other relevant translation tools (Trados, SDLX, MemoQ, Phrase…) is preferred

Interns receive hands-on training in the latest technology and industry standards, preparing them for a successful career with practical, real-world experience.

DR.LOCALIZE COMMUNICATION BRIDGE COMPANY officially launched an online language internship program called Linguist 101 Internship Program: Embarking on the Journey of Translation. This free course is designed for young people who are passionate and eager to pursue the localization industry in general and translation in particular.

  1. Course Overview:
  • Total sessions: 16 sessions (12 theoretical and practical sessions + 4 group practice sessions)
  • Frequency: 3 sessions/week, 3 hours/session
  • The study time will be within business hours.
  • Target participants: Those aiming to pursue a career in translation, either new to or with less than 2 years of experience in the translation and localization industry.
  • Mode of study: Online
  • Start date: October 1, 2024
  • Number of students: 6 – 15 per course
